5. Ordinance 1st Reading - Right-of-Way: Consider an ordinance abandoning and closing a 7,574 square foot Ingress-Egress Easement located at 6005 and 6007 45th Street, Lubbock, Texas.
6. Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Street Use License with Mike Irish, for a concrete loading ramp at 1204 Avenue R, Lubbock, Texas.
7. Resolution - Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract 15511, with Carollo Engineers, Inc., for additional engineering services related to the Southeast Water Reclamation Plant - Plant 3 Improvements Project.
8. Resolution - Public Works Streets: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 15647, with Lone Star Dirt and Paving, Ltd., for the 2021 Asphalt Repair and Patching Project.
9. Resolution - Public Works Streets: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 15648, with Blackstone Concrete Ventures, for the 2021 Concrete Repair and Patching Project.
11. Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Community Development Funding Contract 15736 and all related documents, with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), for the reduction of poverty, the revitalization of communities, and the empowerment of low-income families and individuals, to become fully self-sufficient.

Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Community Development Funding Contract 15753 and all related documents, with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), to assist low income households to meet their immediate energy needs and to encourage consumers to control energy costs for years to come through education.
13. Resolution - Aviation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 15651, with Lydick-Hooks Roofing Company, for roof replacement on the Executive Air Terminal at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.
14. Resolution - Cultural Arts: Consider a resolution approving Lubbock Film Friendly Guidelines, a requirement of the Texas Film Commission's Film Friendly Texas Program, to be administered by the Lubbock Cultural Arts Foundation, on behalf of the City of Lubbock.
15. Resolution - Fleet Operations: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Purchase Order 31057091, with Rush Truck Centers, for the purchase of two Automated Side Loaders for Residential Collection.
16. Resolution - Lubbock Power & Light: Consider a resolution delegating certain authority to the Director of Electric Utilities (“Director”) to make offers on, contract for, and close transactions for necessary distribution easements for the following Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs): 92586 (Dunbar-Manhattan Heights Underground Conversion), 92606 (South Plains Mall Expansion), 92608 (Red Raider Substation Distribution Feeders), 92685 (FY 2020-2021 Distribution System Upgrade), 92686 (FY 2020-21 Overhead Lines), 92688 (FY 2020-21 Underground Distribution), 92695 (Downtown Redevelopment), and other projects involving the need to acquire distribution easements, which are recommended to and approved by the City Council of the City of Lubbock (the “Projects”).
