Public Meeting The Transportation Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting pursuant to the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Public Participation Plan (PPP) guidelines to receive public input for the Proposed Amendment No. 2 to the FY 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) and Amendment No. 1 to the 10 Year Plan regarding advancing the let dates for MPO 40-8, Upland Avenue from 66th St to 82nd St from FY 2018 to FY 2019, MPO 40-9, Upland Avenue from 82nd St to 98th St from FY 2019 to FY 2020, and MPO 4022, F.M. 179, 800’ N of SH 114 to Donald Preston Dr (82nd St) from 2018 to FY 2019.
