Budget Amendment Ordinance 2nd Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance No. 2017-O0134, Amendment 2, amending the FY 2017-18 Budget for municipal purposes respecting the grant fund to accept and appropriate funding from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (TDADS) pass-through federal funds from the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) for the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) – Direct Purchase of Services Grant; providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.

Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Street Use License with Kelsey Park Homeowners Association, Inc., for the right and privilege to use a portion of a dedicated street for an electrical line for landscape lighting across Memphis Avenue, 3601 130th Street.
3. Resolution – Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 13613 with Utility Contractors of America, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas for the construction of a new 12-inch waterline along Kent Street.

5. Resolution – Water Utilities: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 3 to Contract 12218 with Utility Contractors of America, Inc., for South Lubbock Sanitary Sewer Extension Phase 2/A Capital Improvements Project.
