5. Resolution – Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract of Sale 13578, by and between the City of Lubbock and Nelson Martin, for the sale of one lot in Country Club Addition, Block 4, Lot 9, Lubbock, Texas, 1317 Kemper Street, Lubbock, Texas 79403.
7. Resolution - Traffic Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement by and between the City of Lubbock and the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO), to fund planning services for a Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
8. Resolution - Information Technology: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Purchase Order 33000924 with Dell Marketing LP, for the purchase of Expansion Enclosures for Additional Disk Space for the SC9000 Storage Area Network.
9. Resolution - Information Technology: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Purchase Order Contract 33000927 with Microsoft Corporation, for the Premier Support Services Agreement.
