Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Lubbock and Kerby & Wade, P.C., to provide legal services for and on behalf of Officer Billy Mitchell, in Cause No. 18-11023 and Cause No. 5:17-CV-00245-C - Paul Anthony Valderas v. the City of Lubbock, a political subdivision, and Billy Mitchell, individually and in his official capacity.
12. Resolution - Fleet Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14533 with AEG Petroleum, LLC, for Engine Oils and Lubricants for Fleet Services.
13. Resolution - Civic Center: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14489 with W.R. Construction, Inc., for the renovation of the Avenue O planters at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
14. Resolution - Parks and Recreation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14553 with Honeychild Catering Solutions for weekly meal services provided to senior citizens at adult activity centers.
15. Resolution - Streets Maintenance: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14517, with Pavement Restoration, Inc., to provide an asphalt preservation program on certain City streets in Lubbock.

Resolution - Lubbock Power and Light: Consider a supplemental resolution expressing intent to finance expenditures to be incurred for various capital projects and equipment approved by the City Council in the FY 2018-19 Budget and Capital Program, and to reimburse the City from the proceeds of obligations that will be issued after the expenditure of funds to pay costs of such projects and equipment.
20. Ordinance 2nd Reading - City Secretary: Consider Ordinance No. 2019-O0035, amending Article 2.03 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock, Texas, with regard to adjusting the term limits to three years and amending appointment and vacancy procedures to comport with City Council rules on boards, commissions and committees with regard to the Permit and License Appeal Board, the Lubbock Public Transit Advisory Board, the Lake Alan Henry Appeals Board, the Airport Board, the Board of Health, the Park and Recreation Board, the Water Board of Appeals, the Building Board of Appeals, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Junked Vehicle Compliance Board, and the Animal Services Advisory Board.
