Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of Lubbock Power and Light, the City's municipal electric utility, property insurance coverage with the following insurers pursuant to the terms and conditions stated therein, for which the premium amount shall not exceed a rate of .1310 per $100.00, said attachment is incorporated hereto as if fully set forth herein: Associated Electric & Gas Services Limited (AEGIS), Axis Surplus Insurance Company, SCOR Reinsurance Company, Inc., MS Amlin, PLC, StarStone Insurance, Hardy Insurance Company, Navigators Insurance Company, Inter Hannover, Argo Group, Arch Specialty Insurance Company, Axis Surplus Insurance Company, and Ironshore, a Liberty Mutual Company.
6. Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, property insurance coverage with the following insurers and pursuant to the terms and conditions stated therein, for a premium amount not to exceed a rate of .1010 per $100.00, said attachment is incorporated hereto as if fully set forth herein: Aspen Specialty Insurance Company, Princeton Excess and Surplus Lines Insurance Company, Hallmark Specialty Insurance Company, Indian Harbor Insurance Company, Liberty Surplus Insurance Company, First Specialty Insurance Corporation, Arch Specialty Insurance Company, Evanston Insurance Company, Scottsdale Insurance Company, and Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company.
7. Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, boiler and machinery insurance coverage from XL Insurance America, Inc. for which the premium amount shall not exceed .0026/$100.

Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, property insurance by and between the City of Lubbock and Zurich American Insurance Company in the amount of $50,000,000 insurance coverage for Montford Dam for a total premium in an amount not to exceed $106,073.

Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, airport and non-owned aircraft liability insurance coverage from Ace Property and Casualty Insurance Company, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $25,004.
10. Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, excess liability insurance coverage from Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $375,765.
11. Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, workers’ compensation coverage from Texas Political Subdivisions Workers’ Compensation Joint Self-Insurance Fund, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $1,509,065.
12. Resolution - Risk Management: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, Network Security Privacy Insurance coverage from Illinois National Insurance Company, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $55,984.
13. Resolutions - Risk Management: Consider three (3) resolutions authorizing and directing the City Manager to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, inland marine insurance coverage from Travelers Lloyds Insurance Company, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $9,374; crime insurance coverage from Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $6,921; and pipeline liability insurance coverage from Federal Insurance Company, a member of the Chubb Group, for which the premium amount shall not exceed $5,150.
