12. Resolution – Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 5 to Contract 12681 with Utility Contractors of America, Inc., for the Northwest Water Reclamation Plant Raw Sewage and Waste Activated Sludge Pipelines.
