10. Resolution - Water Utilities: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Purchase Order 22104229, with WEISSCO Power, LLC, for the purchase of two Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) for use at the North Water Treatment Plant and Sudan Pump Station, RFP 18-14094-SG.
11. Ordinance 2nd Reading - Public Works Traffic Operations: Consider Ordinance No. 2018-O0072, amending Section 20.05.103 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock, with regard to the establishment of school zones adjacent to Harwell Elementary School at 4101 Avenue D.
12. Resolution - Public Health Services: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, Amendment No. 1, for a 30-day extension, to the Agreement for Services, Community Health Needs Assessment, for analyzing and producing a Community Needs Assessment, by and between the City of Lubbock and the Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC) on behalf of its F. Marie Hall Institute for Rural and Community Health, and related documents.
