Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Street Use License with Haven Campus Communities-Lubbock II, LLC, for the right, privilege and license to use a portion of a dedicated street for a private fiber optic cable under Glenna Goodacre Blvd and Avenue S, 1819 Glenna Goodacre Boulevard.

Resolution - Health Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, Interlocal Agreement Contract 13459 with Lubbock Independent School District (LISD), for use of their facilities for mass immunization or prophylaxis in public health emergencies. This agreement also allows use of LISD facilities as an Alternate Care Site.

18. Resolution - Civic Centers: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a License Extension Agreement by and between the City of Lubbock and Texas Tech University (TTU) for use of the Lubbock Municipal Coliseum.

22. Resolution - Police Department: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 13407, and related documents, by and between the City of Lubbock and Nardis Public Safety, for Police "Off the Rack" Patrol Duty Uniforms, ITB 17-13407-SS.

Ordinance 2nd Reading - City Secretary: Consider Ordinance No. 2017-O0078, amending Section 1.02.004 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock, Texas, with regard to establishing Voting Precinct Boundaries in newly annexed areas; correcting the boundaries of existing voting precincts affected by annexation; establishing voting district boundaries in newly annexed areas; providing a map of the voting precincts and polling places of the City of Lubbock; providing that all portions of Article 1.02 not amended shall remain the same; providing a savings clause; providing for publication; and providing an effective date.
