Budget Amendment Ordinance 2nd Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance No. 2018-O0031, Amendment 9, amending the FY 2017-18 Budget for Municipal purposes respecting the capital program to establish Capital Improvement Project (CIP) 92551 Public Safety Improvements, CIP 92552 Civic Center Expansion, and the Civic Center Fund. providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.
2. Resolution - Finance: Consider a resolution directing the Central Business District Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors to exercise oversight on a project to bring a Civic Center Headquarters Hotel to Downtown Lubbock.
4. Ordinance 2nd Reading - Right-of-Way: Consider Ordinance No. 2018-O0032, abandoning and closing a portion of 5th Street, located adjacent to Lot 20, Block 23, Original Town of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, 502 Texas Avenue.
5. Resolution - Traffic Operations: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 13912 with MJD Construction, Inc., for underground boring services for traffic signal operations.
6. Resolution - Aviation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 8 to Contract 12234 with RS&H, Inc., for Concept, Design, and Construction Documentation Services, in connection with Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport Terminal Building Modifications.
4. Ordinance 2nd Reading – Planning: Consider Ordinance No. 2018-O0033, for Zone Case 1277-D, a request of Chandra Shrestha, for Everest Liquor’s, for a zoning change from Restricted Local Retail (C-2A) to General Retail (C-3) on Lots 17 through 21, Block 10, Westhaven Addition, 3314 4th Street.
