Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution confirming that the City of Lubbock is in support of the proposed 9% Housing Tax Credit (HTC) application to be submitted to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the Metro Tower Lofts development which will be located at 1219 Broadway,1220 Broadway, 1301 10th Street, and 1402 Main Street, Lubbock, Texas. This project contributes more than any other to the revitalization efforts of the City.

21. Resolution - Parks and Recreation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14355 with Lubbock Turf Company for Bermuda Grass Sod for use in parks, medians, ball fields, and other sport fields throughout the City of Lubbock.
