Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Community Development Funding Contract 15755 and all related documents, with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), for the Texas Emergency Rental Assistance Program (TERAP) and Texas Eviction Diversion Program (TEDP), for the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV), to provide rental assistance/eviction diversion to income-eligible households who have been economically impacted by COVID-19. 2.
