Resolution – Economic Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Commitment Agreement and a Shared Parking Lease Agreement with the Lubbock Entertainment and Performing Arts Association (LEPAA) in order to provide certain requirements for LEPAA to satisfy before the City of Lubbock will transfer real property to LEPAA for the public purpose of the construction and operation of a parking area adjacent to the Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences.
